Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays, but since the kids left home, it has taken on an even bigger significance. Both my kids are coming home for Thanksgiving, and we are hosting 20+ family members for dinner. I am over-the-moon excited.
Each year, I try to vary the menu, while keeping all the required family favorites. I’ve already started scouring websites and magazines for new Thanksgiving recipes. In fact, I am testing a roasted brussel sprouts recipe as we speak. It’s still in the oven, so I can’t vouch for it, but I sprinkled sliced almonds on top. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
I’d love to hear about your favorite Thanksgiving recipes. Are you willing to share? I’ve put a form up on ThanksgivingFun to make it easy.

Hi Barbara! I’m always preparing a fresh fruit salad for dessert during holidays. We still have to maintain eating the right and healthy food even holidays. Thanks for your post, I can influence you in preparing healthy recipes.
