It’s been about 16 months since I introduced a membership site to my Surfnetkids audience. Instead of moving content from “free to fee” I created new content in a new format (PDF) for my membership site. Along with this, I continued my free weekly newsletter.
This week I annouced the addition of a premium members-only newsletter bundled with the membership site. And now I need to re-write my sales material. Am I selling a premium upgrade to the newsletter? Or is it a membership site? For the moment, I think my materials are a bit confusing, since I seem to be selling both. Hopefully I will straighten this out in the upcoming weeks.

As a printables subscriber, I would like to think that the premium newsletter is an enhancement of my subscription and a reason for me to renew next year!
The premium newsletter may serve to help market the printables club, because it includes tips for the week and an interaction with the client that seemed to be missing with just the printables club alone.
